Looking for window glide for Alside Excalibur Window has red marking on bottom of glide and double springs attached to it

Can we see photos of this glide, removed from the window? We're having trouble visualizing what you might need.

Here are the pictures you requested. The springs are both stamped with the number 5. The cam is broken where the window sets in don't know if you can just get the glide only without the springs.

Ah, this is a coil balance assembly. The shoe is likely our 15-177, which uses Series 152 coils. Your particular coil would be S152-5. Be sure to check the dimensions before you order.
