Hello,

We can't be sure with the hardware still installed, but your pivot shoe resembles the 15-177 shown below. These are compatible with the 1/2" wide Series 152 Coil Balance. We also offer the 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and 15-145 Coil Support Barrel, attached using the 33-072 screw. Thanks for posting!
