The pivot bars can most likely to be replaced with the 26-226 Pivot Bar.

The coil springs compatible with this shoe is the Series 152 Coil Balance, attached using the 33-072 screw. To determine the correct coil weight option, you'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the spring. If there isn't one, please see the video tutorial below for instructions on how to choose the spring.

If you can reuse the existing covers, that would be suggested. Otherwise, the 15-143, 15-144, and 15-145 can be used to replace them.
