This designates the weight range these assemblies are designed to support. Please give me the exact weight of the window sash these balances support, and I can work out the spring weights you need.

Perfect, thanks. In that case use two of the S140-11 11 pound systems, one for each side of the sash. This will equal a sash weight of 22 pounds. Let me know if you have further questions.
