Thanks for posting. This coil balance system looks like an older version of our Series 140. To know what spring weight to select, give us the exact weight of the window sash that this balance assembly supports, and we can work it out for you. Now, for the pivot bar, we don't have an exact match, but see take a look at our 26-398 . This pivot bar is fully compatible with the Series 140 Coil Balance system; but make sure the distance between the tip of the pin that fits into the pivot shoe and at least one of the mounting holes matches your old pivot bar. The only other option is the 26-405 . Let us know what you find.
