Alside window, Fairfield series

Home Owner from Seattle 98115
I'm interested in purchasing a set of 2 counter-balances for Alside Windows, Fairfield Series.
The length of the channel in 26 inches.
I also need the plastic brackets that mount on the sash and engage with the counter-balance, and I have photos but the site limits me to 5 photos only. Thank you

I just wanted to add a couple of more photos showing how the length of the channel was measured and a photo of the top sash guides (with one broken).  Also I weighed the sash itself and it is 23 pounds. So I assume I need counter-balances of roughly 11.5 or 12 pounds each?
Thanks

Thanks for posting! This window balance is similar to a few different series we have. I'll need to see a photo of these entire spring side of the channel to narrow down the correct replacements. Particularly, the piece connecting the spring and the cord (string) in the center of the balance.

The top sash guide appears to be the 18-171 Stepped Sash Guide. Carefully review and compare the specifications below to confirm it is a match.

Hi Jasmine, thanks for your reply.
I'm attaching the photos of the spring side of the channel, please let me know if you need more detailed photos.
Also 18-171 dimensions match perfecty.  : )

My pleasure to assist! You'll need either the S380-26 or the S385-26 to replace your balances. The shoe's depth measurement will determine the series needed for the repair.

The 2540 stamp option should work to support the sash but you may want to double check that the weight falls between 19 to 25lbs.

Hi Jasmine,
Looks like I need parts 18-171 and S385-26 option 2540.  And the sash weighs 23 pounds, so I think all is good.
I assume I can just order the parts on-line when I'm ready, correct?
Thanks again for all your help!

Yes, that is correct, providing the parts are in stock. You can use the links in this thread or search the product codes to get to their respective catalog pages.
