First time homeowner, just got keys to my first house. Looking to replace weather seals and the broken parts shown in the image.

Hey there,

Congrats on your first home purchase! That's amazing.

The parts in the window track are the coil balance assembly. Your exact shoe is no longer made but the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe will work to replace it. The compatible coil balance spring is the Series 152 balance, attached using the 33-072 screw. You'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the existing coils to determine the correct ones for your assemblies.

If there are none, please see the tutorial below for instructions on selecting the coil weight option. We use a different assembly in the video but the process is the same.

Also, if you can reuse the coil supports, that is advised. We do not have direct replacements for them, so if you need to replace them you'll need the 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and 15-145 Coil Support Barrel. All three snap together to create the support.
Your window latches remind me of the 26-243A and 26-244A. If you find your dimensions are not a match, please let me know the length width and height of your latches written/typed out.
I'll need to see the end profile view of the weatherseal to determine the correct replacement match. Unfortunately, I am unable to determine the correct replacement based on the window sticker.
