Aluminum Window Swivel Balance

Question

We are in search of the swivel balance replacement parts for some very old aluminum windows in our apartment complex. These apartments were built in the 1970's and we are slowly replacing the windows but still have quite a few of these older ones. The length we need is 24"

Thanks for reaching out to us. This balance looks very similar in design to our Series 300 or Series 301. Both balances have a 3/8" diameter. I believe this size will match your original but you should measure to be sure.

Otherwise, the major difference between them is the style of the shoe. The Series 300 uses the 15-011 while the Series 301 uses the 15-012. I can't quite tell from your photos which one of these is the better option, if either; there is a good chance that neither is a match, so your next step should be to check the design and size of the shoe to see if either of these Series would be a good fit.
