Aluminum non tilt window balance

Looks like a peachtree aluminum window balance it's a 1/2 channel at 23 1/4 long only numbers are 2230 which is probably sash size.

Can you show me pictures of the balance, as well as the fittings on either end? We'll do our best to ID this from there.
