The attached photo shows a corner key that I drilled out of one of our storm windows. I procured some replacements from a local business, but the dimples are located in different positions, so it requires dimpling the frame in different positions to install the new keys, so it doesn't look great. The replacements also have slightly smaller dimensions and slip around in the channels a bit more than the originals. If I could find a corner key that's closer to the original, it might make for a better result. I also need the equivalent version of the top keys with the tabs that run in the frame channels, but don't have a sample to photograph. There are no descriptions, brands or part numbers on the original corner keys. Our house was built in 1965, if that helps with vintage.
Also, do you know of any company that manufactures a current version of these older aluminum storms that could replace them entirely? The original windows in the house are quite good and don't need to be replaced, but a more updated storm with insulated glass would be beneficial.
Thank you.
