Stamped Storm Window Corner

hello, I'm seeking your help to identify the parts to reassember my storm windwo. the pictures of "thicker" and "thinner" are the corner key, which are borken. I noticed the "thinner" one is 1/8 thinner than the "thicker" one. Additionally, for the "top 2", I am not sure if it is rasied or straighte ... (cont.)

Corner connector for glass panel of storm window. Have numbers 4024 and 4025 on the piece. They are about1 inch long and 1/8 inch wide and not completely flat.

My glass storm windows (Benada) are screwed together at corners. Top tilt is nylon/plastic and has hole for screw that fixes it in place. The attached photo shows a corner key that I drilled out of one of our storm windows. I procured some replacements from a local business, but the dimples are located in different positions, so it requires dimpling the frame in different positions to install the new keys, so it doesn't look great.
