Thanks for posting. Confirm that your balance's metal channel is 1/2" wide; let us know if it is not. If the metal channel is 1/2" wide, see either our S380-29 or S385-29. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need to select a stamp option. Your balance's stamp code of 28C P might conform to our stamp option of 2830, which supports a window sash in the weight range of 16 through 23 lbs. If you are uncertain, obtain the exact weight of your window sash and see if it falls within this range.
