Aluminum window channel balances

A home owner from Corrales, NM says:
Hi, the channel balances on a single hung aluminum window has failed. Based on your parts identification guides and steps, I believe the correct replacement parts would be 17 inch series 351 option 1620 - the window weighed 8.6lbs, no markings visible on the failed balances. Can you confirm from these images?

Thanks for reaching out! It appears that your balances could be either the S351-17, as you've identified, or the S390-17 with a 1620 stamp. This stamp is rated to carry 8 to 12lbs.

To determine the correct series, you'll need to confirm the measurement for the depth of your bottom shoe. It should either be 1" or 1-1/8". Take a look at the diagram below for reference.
