Aluminum window track upright

Question

I need 4 aluminum tracks that ease the window slide up and down.
I bent them getting them out:/

I also need the small half inch tab, which a screw goes through and is mounted on the vertical window casing, under tension. cable for the spring inside the casing of the window.

Thanks for reaching out to us. It sounds like you need new window balances. We're happy to look into this but we'll need more information to ID what you may have. Can you remove an undamaged balance from the window and show us clear photos of the assembly? Are there any stamps printed on the metal channel?

If there are any identical windows in the house with balances in good condition, we can use them as a reference.
