Hey there!

For the tilt latch, I recommend you start with the 26-243 and 26-244. Look over the dimensions and see how they compare with yours.

I suspect the pivot shoe may be the 15-199 but I recommend you remove it from the window to confirm, just to be safe. You will also need either the 1/2" Series 160 or 3/8" Series 165 coil springs depending on the width of your old coil spring band.
