American Craftsman 1200 window balast

Question

My windows were purchased from Home Depot in June 2006. One of the windows has both ballast broken. In addition the push sash releases are bad as well.
Are you able to provide replacements?

Hi Donnie,

Thanks for your post! The window balance you have here is the Series 795 Channel Balance. I believe you have the S795-23 but you'll need to double check the length of your channel.

The stamp from your balance does not cross-reference with ours but the 23E stamp option may work to support the sash. This option will support a sash weighing between 24 to 27lbs.

The shoe from your balance is the 15-195B open cam shoe. It is sold separately from the balance but they are fairly easy to swap out with the shoe that comes assembled on the balance.
