Hello, I need 10 pairs of T-Lock Balance Shoe for American Craftsman double hang windows 8500 series. Sample picture attached.

Thanks for posting! The shoes you've included in the photos are not T-Lock shoe, unfortunately. Did you mean to send these photos?

If so, your pivot shoe can likely be replaced with the 1/2" Thick 15-046 Pivot Shoe. Although, to confirm the exact replacement, you'll need to look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing shoe.
