My lower sash will not stay raised. Attached are 3 photos of the broken parts. Left & right side are broken. Just want to get the correct part number to order.

Unfortunately, this pivot shoe isn't made anymore but the 15-046 has a very successful track record for replacing it. Take a look and compare the width and thickness shown on our product page to confirm they match an undamaged version of your shoe removed from the window. Thank you!
