I have a 48" wide single-hung tilt window in need of parts. It was purchased at Home Depot a few years ago; I believe it was made by American Craftsman.
Shortly after it was installed, the plastic hooks on the shoes stretched and detached from the springs. The springs slid rapidly to the top of the frame and broke the tilt latches on their way up. I believe I need a new set of springs with shoes and tilt latches. Pictures are attached. The springs measure 27" for just the metal part. They are marked 26 11. The tilt latches are 2.66" long, 0.675" wide, and 0.42" deep.

Hello!
Thank you for reaching out to us. Based on what's shown in your photos, I recommend our Series 795 channel balance. This comes with the 15-195 closed-cam T-lock shoe by default but if yours has an open cam, see our 15-195B instead (sold separately). Your 2611 stamp is also a little odd and doesn't match any of our spring strength options. With that said, you'll need to weigh your sash and refer to the chart under the product description on the S795-27 store page to determine the proper option.
As for the latch, see if the specifications of our 26-243 and 26-244 match what you're looking for.
