Thanks for reaching out to us. I believe your pivot shoe may be a match for the 15-177 which uses the Series 152 coil springs that screw to the side of the shoe. We recommend that you remove the old one to confirm. The video below will show you how to make a cut out in the window track if it doesn't have one.
