A quick learner from Mississippi says:
I've had these windows since 1999. Several of my latches and cranks need to be replaced. I think the latch is part 38-090. Not sure about the crank.

Hello! Cute cat. I agree that our 38-090 is the best option for the lock. As for the operator, I think our 39-317 is worth looking at first. The style and orientation of the linkage is very similar, but look over our photos and let me know if you agree.
