It appears that you are in need of a new coil balance assembly. Please review the style and dimensions of the 15-087 pivot housing that is compatible with the Series 180 coil springs along with the 16-024 mounting bracket.

The original coil spring should have a number stamped into the metal that will indicate the weighted spring needed to support the sash. If not, please provide the weight of the window sash to move forward.

Also review the diagram below for installation. You can disregard the additional housing in the diagram as yours only uses one coil per side it appears. Let me know if you have any additional questions!
