Andersen Casement window Replacement Crank and Operator

Question

Hi,

I'm looking for a replacement Crank arm as well as an operator. I believe the crank arm (based on other posts) is your part number 39-286. The only identifiable part number on it is 60-C-7041-62.

As for the operator, I only see the number 81 on it along with Andersen and R with an arrow.

Please see attached images for dimensions. I did a brief search on the website, but was unable to locate the operator. Any help is appreciated for confirming if I found the correct crank and which operator is compatible.

Hi there Frederick.

I'm afraid we don't sell a match for this old-style operator. The 39-365 and 39-366 would be the best we can offer. The compatible tracks are the 39-504 and 39-520. For a new handle, see the 39-114L. We can't promise these parts will work for you but take a look at the specifications and see if you think you could adapt them to your window.
