Andersen Glass sliding patio door

Question

I think the roller or rollers are worn out because the door doesnt slide easily and doesn't slode smoothly. it sort of bounces as it slides. I can't find a model # for this door. It is white plastic coated and i the glass size is 43" wide x 74" high. pLEASE LET ME IF YOU THINK THE ROLLERS ARE THE PROBLEM AND IF YES WHICH ONE IS IT. tHANK YOU.

The bouncing is caused by the track being damaged by the broken wheels. The replacement roller assembly you need is most likely either the 81-018 or the 81-128. You will need to remove one of the old rollers from your Andersen patio door and compare them to the product pictures on our Web site to pick which one you need.
