Product Description

This is a genuine Andersen replacement tandem roller assembly for sliding glass patio doors up to 6' tall and features an adjustable housing with two steel concave ball-bearing wheels. Used in Andersen 200 Series Perma-Shield Gliding, 200 Series Narroline Gliding, and 400 Series Frenchwood Gliding patio doors.

Good Idea!

The typical patio sliding glass door uses two roller assemblies, one on each bottom corner of the sliding door. We recommend replacing both sliding door rollers at the same time to prevent extra wear-and-tear to one new roller, which will have to work twice as hard when paired with an old roller.

Patio Door rollers

I need to of these rollers i dont see anymore stamps or id marking except (T 163-5). Its for a sliding patio door. If possible i would like to know any iformation you can obtain from these pics. Thanks,

Replacing a TRUTH 30410 door roller

I received a replacement roller from you last week. It was order #2337837 and included part number 81-018. It is not a match to the TRUTH roller. Cannot get the door back in

I purchased replacement rollers from Amazon which appear to be an exact fit. They fit just like the original rollers in the door bottom but I cannot get the door over the jam and on the track.
