Looking for an awning operator replacement for Andersen awning operator, long arm #0333908. I can send a picture this evening if necessary.

Hey, David. I believe Andersen has discontinued your operator, actually. You may want to consider our 39-390 as a substitute, though you might have to drill one or two additional holes. You would also have to replace the sliding rod on the window itself. What do you think of this solution?

The #0333908 has a 15" arm. Do you have a substitute with the longer arm? Or will the shorter arm open the window a comparable distance?

Ah, I see. Yes, see our 39-389. This has 15" long arms.
