Andersen Operator Rod

Question

The current operator in our windows is 15", same as the long arm. This barely fits, because the rod has holes in the end to attach t the window, not a bracket. Does the 15" (39-390) have a bracket at the end? Are there any other options for the rod? I'd rather not go with the short arm unless necessary, as we'd be giving up some of the range of motion.

Yes, the rod that comes with the 39-389 is 39" in length and comes with brackets to attach the rod at each end to the window sash. I hope this information helps.
