Andersen window crank and latch.
This looks like an Andersen brand window. For the lock, see our 39-290 and 39-291, each of which are sold separately. You may want to remove the originals to verify that these are the same.
As for the crank operator, this definitely has to be removed before we can identify a match. There are too many possible options. Unless all you need is the handle, which would be our 39-286, but if you otherwise needed the entire mechanism then we will have to see the entire mechanism.
Take a look at the related video on repairing a casement window operator in a wood window. Basically, you will need to find the seam to remove the trim and use a chisel to pry it off. You might need to use a utility knife to cut through any paint that could be holding it in place.
As for the operator, I'm not sure if yours are the same Andersen type that we carry. The 39-343 and 39-362 adapter plate is for windows made between 1995 to 1998. We also offer the 39-099 operator used from 1999 to the present. You will need to compare your operator to see if this is the type you have. Your window could be one by "Renewal by Andersen". If so, you would need to reach out to them directly for a replacement. Take a look at the suggested hardware, along with the related videos, and see what you think.
All good info, thanks. I do not see a part number for the actual latch anyplace, just the handle and indert. What can I provide to help determine the latch part number?

The only way we can identify any of these parts is to see them out without obstruction. If you need the internal locking mechanism itself, then that's what we have to see.
This service requires clear photos of each part you want to replace, and in the case of your project that means removing each one. I know it's a hassle, but this is what's necessary to accurately identify them.
I removed th etrim and accessed the crank and latch. The crank has several part numbers on it...C9400-1P on top, P-94008A on the bttom and 1521101 on the arm. The arm, from tip to center of the hub, is about 9.5 inches.
The latch is a different story. i was able to remove it, but the only part number I can see looks like 36190. Any help you can provide is appeciated.
Thanks! Take a look at our 39-343 operator, which was used on windows made before 1998. This may be what you need, but check the lower corner of the glass for a date. Andersen usually etches it there. For the locks, look at the 38-162. We also carry the tandem 38-162L (long) and the 38-162S (short).
