Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact match for the operator shown in your photos but you may be able to use something like the 39-028E with the 39-114L handle and 39-505 track as a replacement. Another possibility would be the 39-095, which comes with a track and uses the 39-286 handle sold separately. The operators for the opposite side would be the 39-027E and 39-094. 

If you don't think that you'd be able to adapt either of these options to work for your repair, I would recommend reaching out to Andersen directly to determine if your original operator is still available.
