I I would like some hardware that is just like that or close enough that it would fit but I need one that is locking or a key lock from the outside

Please start by comparing the dimensions of our 82-030 handle set that has a 3-15/16" hole spacing. For keyed exterior access, you can adapt the 82-310 key lock to the outside handle. More information can be viewed here regarding installation. Please let me know if you have any questions.
