Please review the dimensions of the S220-09 balance assembly. It appears that your original assembly is marked with two 9's, indicating 9 pounds of support per coil spring. For this, you would additionally need the 15-086 tandem housing with the S180-9 coil spring that fits inside. The total sash weight should be 36 pounds. 

We do not carry your exact pivot bar, but take a look to see if you could adapt the 26-402 style. Review the dimensions to see what you think and let us know if you have any additional questions!
