Anderson Primed Wood Gliding Door - double rollers

A home owner from Shelton, WA says:

Gentlemen,

I have 4 page installation instructions dated 12/6/71. House was built about 1975.

I want to buy two replacement assemblies. Want to be sure I am getting the right parts. Right now the door is re-assembled, but if more information is needed I can take apart again.

Hi Rod, thanks for writing in. For the first roller you show, I recommend reviewing our 81-018. Be sure to carefully compare the dimensions with your original part. Your other roller looks to be the inner portion of our 81-128. This likely means the outer housing is still in the door, and you will need to remove that when you install a replacement.

A home owner from Shelton, WA says:

I ordered two 81-018. They worked! Not quite the same shape but the very close and we were able to replace bad rollers.

Thank you for help,

Rod
