The pic of two rollers is the original ones I'm trying to replace. The solo part pic is one that I ordered but it doesn't fit. Unless I'm supposed to take off the rectangular part to get it in there? Let me know.

Hello there. I do think this is the 81-128 Andersen Rollers you ordered. That outer housing of the original is most likely still lodged in the door and needs to be removed. That would be my guess. Double-check and see what you think.

Bob, you were dead on, sir. I took out the old part, put in two new rollers, and the door has never slid better.
