Hey there. This code is associated with a number of different operators. Can you show us photos of the old operator from a bird's eye view, with both the gear box, handle, and arm in clear view? We'll do our best to help from there.

Thanks for confirming. This is an old Andersen operator that is no longer made. However some customers have told us you can use the 39-365 operator with a 9-1/2" arm as a replacement. You'd also need a 39-114L handle and 39-504 track. We can't promise this would work, and it will take some adaptation, but it's the best option we have for you. See what you think.
