They're 3 holes and the track is parallel to the mounting.

The tracks for these older Andersen operators are no longer made. You could see if you could use the newer 30-094 or 39-95 Andersen operators and tracks as a replacement; or, see if you could adapt our 39-365 or 39-366 to the window, along with the 39-504 track.
