Hi I need the universal joint for a pole ring for some Anderson awning windows. The house is from the mid 1980's. I hoped the 11/32 39-336 would work but it's inside diameter is to small.
Do you sell something that will fit the post on the windows I have. Need to stand on floor and use a pole to open and close.

I'm afraid the 39-336 will likely not fit your Andersen operator. Andersen operators have a stem spline closer to 3/8", while the 39-336 is made for smaller splines at 11/32". I would suggest contacting a genuine Andersen dealer in your area to see what they can come up with to operate the window. I'm not sure if any similar eyelet adapter exists in this size, to be honest.
