Hello. I just ordered product 39-239C Encore Awning Operator from you. I also need a hex head adapter as the window is too high to reach by hand. Please see attached photos. Do you carry this adaptor? What would this adaptor be called? Thank you.

I moved into an apt that has two openable skylights- one is currently operable, I've provided that pic for reference. is there a part that allows one to open or close a casement window that is overhead, with a long rod style handle?

Something we can put on the splined shaft to operate it via the hex-ended pole...
