Hi, we'd like to be able to replace this part that broke. 30658 is labeled on the chain. We may need to replace the entire skylight operator. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello! I am missing the chain portion of the skylight and the hook on the opener portion to crank open the skylight. Do you offer any replacement parts? Thanks in advance for your help. Pat

I moved into an apt that has two openable skylights- one is currently operable, I've provided that pic for reference.
