Hello, It looks like the metal cam in your balance T-lock shoe is open all the way through, so take a look and compare the 15-195B T-lock with an open cam to your part. If you need to replace the balances, see the S795 channel balance. You'll still want to purchase the open cam shoes separately to replace the 15-195 shoes that come with these balances as shown below. As for the tilt latches, we can't be sure but you can start by carefully comparing the dimensions listed on the 26-393B latch pair product page to an undamaged part removed from the window.
