Anderson crank out windows. Part number 7073 A 13 and 7073 A 82

Handy Person from Vermont
When cranking open the windows the part that moves the window open and close while cranking, falls out of the slotted track on the bottom of the widows. And the crank is slow to respond-nearly two full turns before window begins to move. Do you have replacement parts? The part numbers are on top of the arm that falls out of the bottom of the window - first photo
Thanks!

Hello,

Thanks for your post! The Andersen operator you have here is no longer available but we do have a solution we feel could work for you.

We've tried out and have suggested to past customers replacing this window operator with the 39-365 9-1/2" Single Arm Operator (the opposite hand is the 39-366) used along with the 39-114L Crank Handle. You'll also need to replace the window track with the 39-504 SS 13-3/4" Channel Guide.

This repair may require drilling new installation holes to get the hardware installed.

To replace the casement window lock, I suggest taking a look over the 38-056 RH Casement Lock and its left handed counterpart, 38-057. Both locks use the 38-135 Andersen Casement Lock.
