I would like to replace the above door assembly that is 12 " long. I see you have one that looks similar but would like your expertise on a replacement.

Hi Noel,
Thanks for posting! Your patio door mortise lock appears to be an exact match for the 82-260 Multi-Point Mortise Lock with Pocket Plate. Like yours, it does have an installation hole spacing of 12".
Carefully double check the dimensions below to confirm that this is the correct fit for your sliding glass door.
