We will need to see a clear image of the base and the arm(s). From there we can get a clearer idea of the overall style to determine if we can supply a suitable match. Thank you!

Unfortunately this operator is no longer made and we are not able to provide an exact match for it. The best we can supply is seeing if you can adapt the 39-365 operator with the 39-114L handle. You would need to also see if you could attach a new track to the sash like the 39-504 or 39-520. We cannot guarantee it will work, but take a look to see what you think!
