Thanks for your post! We do not have an exact replacement match for this operator, and to the best of our knowledge they aren't made any longer. We suggest using the 39-366 Single Arm Operator to replace it. You'll also need the 39-504 SS 13-3/4" Channel Guide.

The opposite version of the operator is the 39-365.
