Anderson/Silverline 9500 series windows

Quick Learner from st louis
I'm looking for replacement pivot shoes for a 9500 series window I bought fron HomeDepot over 15 years ago. I do not see any slots to remove/add pivot shoes, Instead of trying to spread the window frame I am thinking about triming the frame to get the pivot shoes replaced. I have done detail work like that for many years, so not too concerned with the the modification. Do you see any problem with my precieved modifaction? Other than not knowing my ability doing the modification.
Of course, First I need to know if you can supply my windows pivot shoes. Thanks JB

Thanks for posting. Our 15-046 and 15-047 Pivot Shoes have been associated with the Silverline brand before--but the only way to know for sure if either of these is what you need is to remove the old pivot shoe, send us photos and measure the exact width and thickness. To do this, the 'cutout' method you describe is certainly acceptable and works just fine for a vinyl window jamb. We have a video that shows how to do it, too. See below, and let me know if you have further questions.
