Hello, I need help identifying which pivot bar, coil balance, and shoe sash to order for our Anlin Catalina series windows. They are double hung windows that won't stay up anymore. Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out to us! There is a chance we might be able to provide you with the replacements you are searching for. Although, I'll need to see a photo of them removed from the window to identify the correct replacements. Unfortunately, I cannot determine what they are based on the window series.

This balance assembly appears to be a match for the Series 140 Coil Balance. One of them is marked with the number 11, so you'll need the S140-11. I assume the sash weight should be around 22lbs.

This shoe is compatible with the 26-398 and 26-405 pivot bars. You'll need to compare each of them to an undamaged pivot bar to determine the correct fit for your repair.
