Anlin window with 45 1/2 x 26 sash. Plastic balancer spring things have a 15 printed on them.
The pivot pin that screws into the bottom of the sash is broke and I don't know the actual length/ dimensions

This looks like an older version of a Series 140 Coil Balance System. That stamp of '15' suggests you might need the S140-15, for 15 lbs of support on either side of the sash. If you're uncertain, obtain the exact weight of your window sash and see if it weighs 30 lbs. For new pivot bars, see if either the 26-398 or 26-405 match what you need.
