Hello. The photos show an Anlin window part with a broken spring. I included a photo of the same part intact/unbroken as well.

Hi there!

Start by taking a look at the 26-243 and 26-244 tilt latches. These look similar to your old one. Review the dimensions and see how they compare with yours.

Hi. The measurements seem to match, but these measurements match 26-420 as well.

I pulled the broken pieces out and can see a patent# 5.139.29 imprinted on the bottom of the piece.

The difference between the 26-243/26-244 and 26-419/26-420 is the tab located underneath the latch. See the images below. The 26-243's tab is 3/16" and the 26-419 is 3/8". I'm not sure which case yours may be since this latch appears to be damaged so you may want to check one in undamaged condition to be sure.
