how do I remove this type latch (26-244) please?

The 26-244 is exactly what I am looking for... except it seems that the snap-in dimension is different. Your model has a 3/16" measure to the snap catch. Mine has a 3/8". Do you have another model that has this 3/8" dimension or is your measure a typo?

I have vinyl replacement windows--the tilt latch doesn't seem to fit any measurements i find--no brand name on anything. seems to be good windows--35 years or so with no gas leaks.
