Anlin casement window crank mechanism

A home owner from Castro Valley, CA says:
Measurements for numbered parts in photos:
#1 = 7"
#2 = 7.5"
#3 = 3.5" X 1.5"
Sill where crank mechanism is attached is 1.5".

Sorry we have not removed the part, it's holding the window. Window no longer closes...purchased the little wrench but adjustments failed to remedy. Mgr. won't help us.
Thank you!
Kris

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Hey Kris. For the casement operator, start by looking at our 39-315. Look over the dimensions, double-check those of your old operator, and see if you think this could work for you. For a new crank handle, see our 39-114L. For a new casement hinge, see if the 36-048 matches up.

Will do...thanks!
