Anlin double hung tilt bars broken

Both the tilt bars have snapped on this window. I believe the rest of the hardware is function but identification on them would be helpful. Thank you for your time.

Hey, Mike. Your balance system is similar to our Series 140, which is compatible with our 26-398 and 26-405 pivot bars. Look these over and let me know if either of these match up with your original.
