The Anlin window keeps falling after we replaced the Quick-Tilt (coil balance system). We have tried both the 5 lb and 10 lb coil balances, but the issue still has not been resolved.
Could you please advise on what we should check next or recommend a solution?

If the weight rating is in question, then your next step should be to weigh your sash on a scale and tell me what you get. Make sure to weigh it down to the ounce. From there, I can recommend the proper calibration.
